Wednesday, December 30th, 2026
Night 2 Welcome Party drinks and heavy bites to be provided. Dominoes, music and dancing as we mingle our way through night two.
11:00 AM
Beach Day to begin at Lido beach. Bring your families, kids, and beach towels as we will be spending the day lounging on the beach! We will have shade and coolers provided, but plan to BYOB!
3:00 PM
Beach day to end. Bride and groom will be making their way to the hotel to rest of for the evenings activities!
7:00 PM
Welcome party to begin on the Westin Terrace, this is located adjacent to the Evoq Restaurant on the Lobby floor of the hotel.
10:00 PM
Night caps at the Westin Rooftop bar - Floor 9. You do not have to be a guest to attend.
Tuesday, December 29th, 2026
Night 1 Boat will be relaxed and give everyone a chance to settle into the celebrations, food and beverage will be provided. 2 Marina Plaza.
4:30 PM
Check in for boat at 2 Marina Plaza (within the Marina Jack)
5:00 PM
Boat Departure
7:00 PM
Boat return to the marina, casual drinks in downtown Sarasota.
Thursday, December 31st, 2026
Night 3 Wedding Celebration guests will gather for some cocktails and canapés before sitting for a family style tapas dinner experience. Dancing and ball drop to follow at Beso.
10:00 AM
Join us for a Nature Walk that will take place at the Sarasota Bay Walk located over the bridge towards Lido Key! Bring your coffee and your field guide and help us spot the coolest birds Southwest Florida has to offer.

Bride and groom will be enjoying the pool
